He was predeceased by: his parents, Leory Westbrooks and Angeline Romie Westbrooks; and his siblings, Christeen Franklin, David and Danny Westbrooks.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Westbrooks; his children, Brenda Charlene Westbrooks, Jimmy Dale Westbrooks and Timmy Wayne Westbrooks; his stepsons, Danny, Mike and David Bray; and his brother Jacky Westbrooks. He is also survived by Six Grandchildren, Eight Great Grandchildren; several Nieces and Nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Church of the Living God. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
