She was predeceased by: her parents, Porter Hugh Whorton and Josie Osborne Whorton; her husband Larry Eugene Wood; and her daughter Melissa Wood. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Wood, Susan Gurung, Angela Sandoval and Bobby Wood; and her sisters, Linda Sanford and Louise Whorton. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
