He is survived by: his parents, Dr. Randolph Sumner and Dr. Susan Butler Sumner of Cave Spring; his siblings, Aaron Sumner (Brooke) of Savannah, Nathan Sumner (Leslie) of Grand Blanc, Lawson Sumner of Atlanta, Allison Landers of Raleigh, N. C., Mimi Luce (Matt) of St. Simmons, Esther Sumner of Rome and Scarlett Sumner of Athens; his grandparents, Roger and Mary Ruth Sumner of Rome; his close friends, Trey Rogers, Lex Rittenhouse, Bobby Spriggs, Debra Williamon and Danette; and his grandmother Edwards.
