Shelton, Cedron Kelley and Breanna Kelley; his siblings, Kenneth Hulsey (Joan) and Joan Green (Hugh); and his grandchildren, Abbigail, Reese and Elijah Reese. He is also survived by Nine Grandchildren, Five Great Grandchildren.
