He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Joe Halstead and Minnie Louise Halstead; and his siblings, Tina Spriggs and Billy Gene Spriggs. He is survived by: his pet Rebel; his wife Elaine Halstead of Cave Springs, GA; his children, Amy Halstead of Cave Springs, GA, Kim Ashley of Rome, GA and Richard Halstead of Cave Springs, GA; and his siblings, Bobby Spriggs, Kathy Johnson and Arenda Newberry. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
