With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Muriel Horan of Cave Spring, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 27, 2024 at the age of 89. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wood and Mathilde Koehler Wood; her daughter Suzanne Stiles; her husband Robert "Sarge" Horan; and her stepson David McCulley.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Stiles (Karen) of Omaha, Jayne O'Brien of Ft. Pierce, Douglas Stiles of Richland, David Stiles (Kay) of Abilene and Mark Stiles (Rebecca) of Wichita, Kansas.; and her caregiver Austin Anderson. She is also survived by Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the First Baptist Church of Cave Spring (4 Cedartown St, Cave Spring, GA 30124). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
