He is survived by: his wife Tammy Diane Floyd Penny of Cave Spring, GA; his sons, Jeramy Penny (Cassie) and Justin Penny; his grandson Landon Penny; his siblings, Debra Evans, Joyce Highfield and Hank Penny (Sheila); his brother-in-law John Ed Robinson; and his son Landon Penny. He is also survived by numerous nieces, great-nieces and cousins.
