He was predeceased by: his parents, P. J. "Jack" Whitworth and Elizabeth P. Whitworth (Betty); and his brother Dean Whitworth. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Keri Shiver (Lee) and Eric Whitworth (Sonia); his grandchildren, Katie (David), Aimee and Charlie (Chloe); his great grandchild Max; his brother Gary Whitworth (Barbara); and his niece Claire Helm. He is also survived by friend and the father of his three grandchildren.
