He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Mary C. Lindsey, Clyde Edward Hestely, Mamie Carlton Hestely and Wayne C. Lindsey; his uncle Larry Evans; and his cousin Ryan Joseph Lindsey.

He is survived by: his parents, Larry C. Hestely and Patricia Lindsey Hestely; and his brother Matthew Carlton Hestely of Cave Spring.
