It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elton Hodges of Cave Spring, Georgia, who passed away on August 27, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elton Hodges to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmo Hodges and Gertrude Hodges; and his wife Vivian Marie Maddox Hodges. He is survived by: his children, David Hodges (Krissy Carnes) of Cave Spring, Georgia and Donna Jackson (Dennis) of Sylacauga, Alabama; his grandchild Deven Jackson (Shelby); his great grandchildren, Lanie and Daniel of Fort Riley, Kansas; his grandchildren, Denée Jackson of Saraland, Alabama, Dylan Jackson (Brittney) of Sax, Alabama and William Hodges of Rome, Georgia; and his brother Paul Hodges of Cave Spring. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
