It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ed West of Cave Spring, Georgia, born in Marietta, Georgia, who passed away on December 19, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Franklin West and Roxie Mae Patterson West; and his brother Alford LeRoy Williams. He is survived by: his wife Judy Mercer; his children, Jason Edward West (Bridgett) of Cave Spring, Janna Elaine Webb (Greg) of Cave Spring, Sunshine Bitner of Cave Spring and James Henderson of Cave Spring; his grandchildren, Olivia Lynn West, Hannah Elaine West, Mary Katherine West, Hayden Smith, Kaleigh Smith, Will Cox, Weston Cox, Justin Webb, Austin Webb, Mason Webb, Zachery Henderson, Alisa Henderson, Jada Bitner and Ryan Bitner; his great grandchild Luke Webb; and his sisters, Hazel Kathlene Bonner of Acworth, Willie Mae Honea of Marietta and Barbra Jean Bailey of Cave Spring.
