With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Ruth McLemore of Cave Spring, Georgia, born in Summerville, Georgia, who passed away on December 5, 2021 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Fleming and Era Parkinson Fleming; her husband Jackie L. McLemore; and her brothers, James Fleming, Junior Fleming and Bobby Fleming.
She is survived by: her stepsons, Rickey McLemore (Melissa) of Cave Spring and Paul McLemore (Paige) of Cave Spring; her sister Charlotte Rutledge of Summerville; and her grandsons, Nick McLemore (Elizabeth) of Cave Spring and Timmy McLemore (Christie) of Cave Spring.
Mrs. McLemore was born in Summerville on May 18, 1946, a daughter of the late Hugh Fleming and the late Era Parkinson Fleming, and was a homemaker and a retired cashier with the Golden Gallon Company.
