He was predeceased by: his father Donnie Spradlen, Sr.; his sister Ashley Spradlen; and his stepbrother Ben Clark. He is survived by: his children, Jacob Spradlen, Aribella Spradlen and Leigha Spradlen of Cave Spring, GA; his mother Melinda Cabe (Jeff) of Rome; his stepmother Kay Clark; his siblings, Tim Reeves (Amy) of Cave Spring, GA, Serena Cordle (Aaron), Destiny Spradlen and Becky Clark; his aunts and uncles, Thomas Spradlen (Amanda Cabrera) of Frostproof, FL, Melinda Spradlen Bijeaux (Simon), Aaron Proctor of Rome, John Haynes, Billy Haynes and Angie Fowler of Cedartown; his nieces, Shelby Brunson (Zack) and Victoria Spradlen; and his nephew Devin Knuth. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
