He was predeceased by: his father Fred McDowell. He is survived by: his mother Christine McDowell; his wife Donna McDowell; his children, Janna McCarley (Brandon) and Kayla Silvers (Justin); his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Christopher, Katherine, Kaydence, Danny, Dallas, Addison, Dawson and Alivia; his siblings, Freda Gipson (Jim) and Deena Horsley (Berney); his aunt Marie; and his uncle Larry Yother.
