He is survived by: his wife Mildred Juanita Steed Morgan; his daughter Donna Mattman; his grandchildren, Todd Simmons (Courtney), Morgan Simmons (Rebecca) and Hailey O'Neill (Andrew); and his great grandchildren, Blake Earwood, Liam Simmons and Miles Simmons. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
