He is survived by: his wife Nancy Johnson Phelps of Cataula, GA; his daughters, Terra Schoenberger (Greg) of Cataula, GA, Wendy Washam (Bo) of Midland, GA, Kendall Phelps of Columbus, GA, Amanda Lambertus (Philip) of Columbus, GA and Kindall Ray of Marietta, GA; his sister Sara Phelps Moore (Butch) of Warner Robins; his mother-in-law Margot Johnson of Columbus, GA; his siblings-in-law, Susan Floyd (James) of Cataula, GA, Klaus Johnson of Columbus, GA, Thomas Johnson (Kim) of Cottonton, AL and Ralph Johnson (Linda) of Ft. Mitchell, AL; his grandchildren, Peyton, Gage, Reece, Addisyn, MaKenna, Brayden, Brian, LayLa, Daniel and Lily; and his great grandchildren, Mila and Miles. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to any one of Terry's favorite charities, Wounded Warriors, Camp Joy or Alzheimer's Association in memory of Terry.
