It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Ann Jeffers of Cataula, Georgia, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on August 19, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond A. Moore and Margaret Kaelble Moore; and her sister Karen Sieger. She is survived by: her husband David Jeffers of Cataula, GA; her children, Matthew Jeffers (Kimberly) of Cataula, GA., Michelle Hoy (Jason) of Plainfield, IN and Jill Collins (Brian) of Simpsonville, SC.; her sister Margaret Morgan of Maple Grove, MI.; and her grandchildren, Evan Hoy, Colin Hoy, Tyler Hoy, Grace Whitlock, Alyssa Collins, Cora Collins, Braydon Collins, Piper Jeffers, Finley Jeffers and Charlie Jeffers.
