We are sad to announce that on January 11, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Sarah Janis Smith of Cataula, Georgia, born in Eclectic, Alabama. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jewell Jarrett and Roland Jarrett; her husband Barney Smith; her siblings, Ralph Jarrett, Earl Jarrett, Alice Stanton and Jimmy Jarrett; and her granddaughter Terri Ann Swint.

She is survived by: her sons, Ricky Smith (Beth), Timothy Smith, Andy Smith (Kathy) and Scott Smith (Cindy Ginder); and her grandchildren, Angelia Trawick (Danny), Jody Jeffrey (Amanda), Laura Cochran (Timothy), Brian Smith (Crystal) and Nathan Smith (Miriam). She is also survived by twenty-four great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.

A service will be held graveside for family only due to Covid-19 restrictions at Evergreen Memorial Gardens on Saturday, January 16, 2021.
