He was predeceased by: his parents, Felicien Riggs and Eva Hawkins; and his brother Lenson Riggs. He is survived by: his wife Annette Riggs; his children, Antonio Riggs and Heather Smith (Phillip); his grandchildren, Eva Riggs, Malcolm Riggs, Noah Smith and Brooke Smith; his great grandchild Anthony Riggs; and his siblings, Wortie Riggs (Janice), Adam Riggs, Woodrow Riggs (Reita), Menson Riggs, Larrel Riggs, Arabella Minick, Bernella Phelps (John) and Anne Chenier (Kelly). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
