He is survived by: his wife Ann Bunch; his brother Sonny Bunch (Maggie); his sister-in-law Ruth Bunch; his children, Diana Gaus (Jerry) and David Bunch (Marilyn); his grandchildren, Jenna Gibson (Jason), Amanda Bunch, Justin Gaus (Brooke), Lee Bunch (Courtney), Preston Gaus and Britney Simek (Kane); his great grandchildren, Jason Gibson, Jr., Jaxon Bunch and Kooper Simek; his nieces, Cindy Fulkerson (Shawn), Dr. Jennifer Phemister (Ryan) and Katie Hunt (Aaron); and his nephew Todd Brown (Deb).
