He was predeceased by: his parent James Virgil Shiver. He is survived by: his parent Louise Leatherwood Shiver; his wife Judy D. Shiver of Cataula, GA; his children, Steve Shiver (Alana), James C. Sneed (Valera) and Teri Nansel; and his brother Leonard Shiver. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
