He is survived by: his parents, Wayne Jeffery Ragan of Columbus, GA. and Veronica Sue Scoggins Ragan of Columbus, GA.; his wife Lacey Revell Ragan; his daughters, Lily Rebecca Ragan of Cataula, GA. and Stella Roe Ragan of Cataula, GA.; his siblings, Laurie Ragan Cugino (Michael) of Colorado Springs, CO. and Jeff Ragan (Patricia) of Columbus, GA.; his grandmothers, Mary Ruth Dove and Avis Ragan; and his nieces and nephews, Isabella Cugino, Nadia Ragan, Ethan Ragan, Mac Cugino, Eli Walden and Mason Walden. He is also survived by many aunts and uncles.
