He was predeceased by: his parents, George Currie and Bertha Sanders Currie; his sister Dot Heon of Topeka, KS; and his granddaughter MacKenzi Currie. He is survived by: his sons, Chris Currie (Amy) of Columbus and Drew Currie (Rhianna) of Grantville, GA; his brother George Dewey Currie of Louisville, AL; his grandsons, Chad, Kyle, Gavin, Liam and Easton Currie; and his great grandchildren, Mallory, Bryson and Jack Currie.
