He is survived by: his parent Annette Martin; his sister Traci Sims; his nephew Donavan Tate (Kensey); his great-nieces, Nevaeh Tate, Ivory Tate and Tucker Tate; his great-nephew Donavan Tate, Jr.; his aunts, Grace Mercer, Ruth Payne, Betty Lyerla (Billy), Elaine Godfrey (Billy) and Imogene Clark (Raymond); and his uncle Harry Martin (Debbie).
