He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Perkins and Rosetta Burr Perkins; his siblings, Ethelrine Reese, Mae Florence Arnold, Velma Jackson, Eddie B. Perkins and James Melvin Perkins; and his grandson Andre Perkins.
He is survived by: his son William Franklin Perkins (Cleovra) of Detroit, Michigan; his sisters, Thelma Cofield of Cartersville, GA, Alma Heard of Rockmart, GA., Emma Cooley, Sr. (Perry) of Cartersville, GA and Margaret McClure, Sr. (Sammy) of Rockmart, GA; his sister-in-law Lucille Perkins of Rockmart, GA; and his close friend Richard Ellison. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Due to COVID-19 regulations and guidelines, physical distancing practices will be in place, and MASK ARE REQUIRED for those that will be admitted to the service.
