He is survived by: his wife Dot Alverson; his sons, Bill "Chichi" Alverson, Mike Alverson and Scott; his grandchildren, April Luallen (Leroy) and Melisha Porter (Jimmy); his great grandchildren, Landyn Durham, Brooklyn Durham, Bryanna Wallin, Kristopher Wallin and Cody Luallen; his great great grandchild Athena Shropshire; his close friend Terry Kelley; and his brother Billy Waters.
