She is survived by: her mother Tina Chambers (Will); her husband Brett Spradley; her brother Michael Massey (Janet); her nephew Preston; her half-sister Karlee Hattan; her siblings-in-law, Jamey Spradley and Stephanie Jordan; her nephews, Joshua and Lucas; her niece Jessica; her mother-in-law Kathy Spradley; her stepsisters, Harleigh Lanham (DJ), Haleigh Chambers and Kelly Chambers (CJ); her uncles, Kenny Patterson, Kenneth Massey and James Massey; her aunt Misty Acker; her grandmother Jane Massey; her close friend Elizabeth Mullinax; her godchildren, Bryson and Eli Morgan; her pets, Fridae, Chipper, Sulley, Mighty Mouse, Megatron, Arcee, Cera and Bunbun; and also, Addison, Tucker, Baby Junior, Matheu, Dylan and Matalyn. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and friends.
