She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Charles and Ruth Charles; her son Kip Fowler; and her brothers, Eugene Charles and Johnny Charles.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Fowler; her grandchildren, Kip Mayfield and Auston Mayfield; and her sisters, Suedy Harris, Vickie Lowery and Eunice King. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
