She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Clay Beckham Caudill and Frances Parrard Caudill; her husband Paul Anderson Williams; her sister-in-law Lillian R. Caudill; and her cousin Dr. Claude C. Hazlett (Thomissa).

She is survived by: her daughter Amy Popham (Bill) of Emerson; her grandchildren, Craig Popham of Adairsville and Erin Raby (Phillip) of John's Creek; and her brother Jim Andy Caudill of Ashland, Kentucky..
