He is survived by: his children, Diane Smith (Dan), Randy Evans (Dee) and Marlae Evans; his grandchildren, Stephen Quick, Colby Evans and Lauren Clayton; his great grandchildren, Tristen Clayton, Triniti Clayton, Abigail Clayton and Grayson Evans; and his brothers, Johnny Wayne Evans and Henry Evans.
