He is survived by: his children, Nicholas Wade (Shea) and Natalie Taylor (Chris); his stepsons, Matthew Smith (Teri) and Andrew Smith (Rachael); his grandchildren, River, Avery, Willow Wade, Jackson, Tatum Taylor, Aaron, Chloe Smith, Riley, Wyatt and Piper Smith; and his sister Lori Bell (Patrick). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
