She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Abernathy of Cartersville; her children, Laura Minear (Mike) of Emmett, Doug Berndt of Madison and Heather Berndt of Douglasville; and her grandchildren, Chelsea and Jason. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
