He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Livsey, Sr. and Bessie Perkins Fields Livsey; his wife Sinclair Jones-Livsey; and his siblings, James Fields, Moses Livsey, Marion Livsey, Allen Livsey, Alene Livsey, Paul Livsey, Maggie Henderson and Olden Livsey.
He is survived by: his children, Patrick Livsey and Samantha Livsey; and his sister-in-law Marion Livsey. He is also survived by three grandchildren; one great grandson; four step grandchildren.
