He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Green and Annie Lee Green (Crumb); and his sister Dorothy Green of New Jersey. He is survived by: his close friend Mary Ellen Stout; his son Stafford Green; his brothers, Edward Green of Apopka, FL and James Green of San Diego, CA; his nieces and nephews, Mara Hagan, Doria Driver, Jonathan Green and Charles Green; his great-niece Ruby Hagan; and his nephew Caleb Green.
