She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wilson Mulkey and Annie Christine Mulkey; her husband Roy Freeman Wiley; her son Charles Stiles; and her brother William Wayne Mulkey.
She is survived by: her sons, Roy Wiley II (Lesa) and Greg Wiley; her daughter-in-law Lynn Stiles; her grandchildren, Andrew Wiley, Caleb Wiley, Christopher Wiley, Gavin Wiley, Charles Stiles, Melissa Barrickman, Matthew Hedgepath and Savannah Lynch; and her brother Joe Mulkey. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
