He is survived by: his children, Deborah King (Charles) and Tim Buckner (Susan); his grandchildren, Jesse King (Marie), Clay Buckner, Hannah Hays (Tyler) and Travis Fuqua; his great grandchild Aurora Hays; and his sisters, Betty Jenkins, Marie Smith and Donna Sue Neal.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Parnick Jennings Funeral Home & Cremation Services (430 Cassville Rd, Cartersville, GA 30120). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at the Oak Hill Cemetery (319 N Erwin St, Cartersville, GA 30120).
