He was predeceased by: his father Michael Decker. He is survived by: his mother Florence Ross Decker; his daughters, Karley Powell and Emily Decker; his granddaughters, Makayla Powell, Kinsley Powell and Melany Powell; and his brother Michael Decker. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
