He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Eubanks and Ruby Eubanks; his wife Jacqueline Haney Eubanks; and his sisters, Carol Sorrow and Shirley McFall.

He is survived by: his children, Reginald "Reggie" Eubanks Jr. (Michelle), Marla Morris Sinyard (Tony), Lisa Snow (Roger), Steve Eubanks (Lisa) and Randy Eubanks (Debbie); his grandchildren, Mikayla Mazrouie (Andrew), Kaitlyn Perkins (Daniel), Matthew Eubanks, Jesse Eubanks, Joel Eubanks, Steve Eubanks Jr., Rhin Eubanks, Phillip Eubanks, William Eubanks, Logan Yarbrough and Misty Kuveikis (Joe); and his brothers, Dan Eubanks and Wayne Eubanks (Ellen). He is also survived by several great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
