He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilbur Lowe, Sr. and Eva Kennebrew Lowe; his significant other Queen Ella Green Lowe; his daughter Ellisa Lowe Douglas (Byron); his granddaughter Jiyah Lowe Tomlin; his brother James Kennebrew Lowe (Bettye); and his siblings-in-law, Eva Lowe, Arena Lowe, Carol Jones, June D. Green, Drucilla McClellan (Carl), Bobby Green, Clayton Green (Barbara) and Johnny Green (Bennie). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
