He was predeceased by: his father Paul Duvall Sr.; his wife Joyce Townsend Duvall; his children, Charles Wayne Duvall, Sr., Carl Dewitt Duvall and Regina Louise Duvall; and his siblings, Albert Duvall, Trammel Duvall, Alfred "Cowboy" Vaughn and Octavia White.
He is survived by: his children, Calvin Duvall (Sharon) and Anna Marie Duvall; and his grandchildren, Cody Mullinax, Amanda Haygood, Kimberly Duvall, Jon Michael Manis, Marissa Goss, Brittany Payne, Alexis Thibodeau, Madison Thibodeau, Little Wayne Duvall, Cameron Duvall, Zackary Duvall and Will Carter. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, 2 on the way, and several nieces and nephews.
