She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie J. Allen and Alma Eulene Blalock Allen; and her brother Doug Allen. She is survived by: her siblings, Bill Allen and Donna Rutledge (Roger); her sister-in-law Melanie Allen; her nieces and nephews, Kristian Davis, Brandon Rutledge, Joseph Allen, Clint Allen and Lyle Allen; her cousins, Richard, Janice Belcher, Julia Belcher and Gena Belcher; and her significant other Betty Hufstetler. She is also survived by several other cousins and dear friends.
