He was predeceased by: his parents, Noel Reuben Lowe and Snowenna Ann Lowe; his siblings, Robert Lowe, George Lowe, Patrick Lowe, Paul Lowe and Laurel Lowe; and his son-in-law Chris Earley.
He is survived by: his daughters, April Earley (Dorian Templeton), Tracy Queen (Dennis) and Kristi Medley (Mike); his grandchildren, Kaitlin Brumbelow (Jacob), Jessie Earley, Taylor Queen, Jonah Queen, Allyson Medley, Cooper Medley and Hannah Kate Medley; his great grandchild Lillie Kate Brumbelow; and his siblings, Mary Maccarone (Sal) and Reuben Lowe (Theresa). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Neal has been the guiding light for all the members of his family; the example Christ laid out for charity to your fellow man, love for all, and malice toward none.
