She was predeceased by: her parents, Serena F. Benham (Parker) and James Evans; her grandparents, Flora E. Benham and Bradford Benham Sr.; and her brother Eddie Evans.
She is survived by: her son Samuel Steward (Betty); her sisters, Melody Epps (James), Miriam Loyal, Rosita Watts and Felicia Montoya; her niece Tikita Loyal; and her close friends, Judy Love and Donna Wilbanks. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
