She was predeceased by: her mother Stella Jean Burmylo Perryman; and her grandparents, Nicholas and Lucy Burmylo. She is survived by: her father Richard Gilbert Perryman; her husband Jeremy Chappell; her daughters, Sara Lucy, Raevyn Nichelle, Erica Nicole and Anna Marie; and her siblings, Matthew Perryman (Nicole), Richelle Zirkelbach, Andrea Sheffield (Patrick), Jennifer Davenport and April Priestley (Ron). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends attending services will be required to wear face mask and observe social distancing.
