She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo Harbin Knowles and Bessie Lee Bragg Knowles; her stepmother Lula Knowles; her son Danny Lee Boyd; her brothers, Frank Knowles (Vinnie May) and Douglas Knowles; and her sister-in-law Mavis Knowles.
She is survived by: her husband Bobby Boyd; her son Tony Boyd (Linda); her grandchildren, Candice Jones (Walter) and Colby Boyd (Heather); her great grandchildren, Reagan Jones, Mason Jones, Aubrey Boyd and Layla Boyd; and her brother Louis Knowles. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
