He was predeceased by: his parents, Carthern Otting and Annie Ruth Otting; and his son David Otting. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Otting; his children, Donna Cobb (Doug), Kim Bryan (Kevin) and Kristy Bramlett (Shane); his grandchildren, Kari Hodge (Guy), Kelly Keown (Mike), Tiffany Otting (Lisa), Ian Otting, Miles Otting, Dylan Knight, Tate Mathis (Kaitlyn), Anna Caroline Mathis (Drew McKaig) and Lauren Burns; and his great grandchildren, Mallory Hodge, Linken Keown, Ross Margraves and Adyson Kate Mathis.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Parnick Jennings Funeral Home & Cremation Services (430 Cassville Rd, Cartersville, GA 30120). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Parnick Jennings Funeral Home (430 Cassville Rd, Cartersville, GA 30120). A burial was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at the Sunset Memory Gardens (790 Indian Mound Rd SE, Cartersville, GA 30120).
