She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Cecil Thomas and Nellie Vaughan Thomas; her husband Paul Howard Ray; and her son Reginald Thomas Ray. She is survived by: her children, Wayne Ray of Cartersville and Paulette Phillips; and her brother Hugh C. Thomas (Martha). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
