She was predeceased by: her father Leonard Bowden; her husband Jinks T. Watts; her son Tyreese Bowden; her siblings, Norman Bowden, Buford Christian, Priscilla Bonds and Marsha Mitchell; her brothers-in-law, Bobby Watts and Chief Willie Mitchell; and her niece Rikkila Christian.

She is survived by: her daughters, Keira Curtis of Cartersville, Felicia Smith (Christopher) of Atlanta, Doris Hampton (David) of Nelson and Stephanie Pye of Cartersville; her siblings, Roy Christian of Summerville, James Bowden of Calhoun, Georgia and Robin Williams (Eric); her sister-in-law Elma Watts; her niece Patricia Christian; her cousin Joycelee McDaniel; her godson Adrian Dixon; and her daughter-in-law Mary Bowden. She is also survived by other loving nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
