He is survived by: his wife Frances Phillips; and his children, Roger Phillips, Debbie Sue Phipps, Janice Cumbee, Angela Dial and Tammie Young. He is also survived by spouses; as well 12 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 5 siblings.
