He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. William Harter and Muriel Harter. He is survived by: his wife Debby; his children, Michael, Shane and Sara; his son-in-law Thomas; his grandchildren, Jerrett, Anthony, Olivia and Sophie; his siblings, Peggy, Betsy, Biff, Judi and Jodi; his niece Cate; and his nephews, Marty and James.
